From late summer 21’, we now have a new product to offer you- our Fresh Minced Salmon:
Our Fresh Minced Salmon is micro cut with a sieve of 0.35mm. This makes it highly applicable to use directly into extrusion. Even with the smallest sized kibbles, there are no risk that parts would block the die-opening. This ensures that the extrusion process runs smoothly, resulting in a very homogeneous product with a minimized nutritional variance.
By controlling the flows, we guarantee the efficiency of the production and a high quality of the product. With continuously controlled temperature during storage and production, we ensure you an extremely fresh product.
Also the product is BRC certified, ensuring a safe and quality ingredient
